In past years we had lots of people "Poaching our Fish" until the Association implemented the Landowner Protection Act. Now days Poaching has tapered off.
To Fish our three small ponds and one catchment basin you must have the following in your possession:
- WOMA Annual Fishing Permit
- NC Fishing License
- A Photo ID

What if you Don't have 1, 2, or 3?
You can expect to receive a Violation Citation from a NC Wildlife Game Warden. Typical Citation starts at about $175.
