In past years we had lots of people "Poaching our Fish" until the Association implemented the Landowner Protection Act. Now days Poaching has tapered off.
From the WOMA Fishing Regulation: To Fish our three small ponds and one catchment basin you must have the following in your possession:
- WOMA Annual Fishing Permit
- NC Fishing License
- A Photo ID

What if you Don't have 1, 2, or 3?
You can expect to receive a Violation Citation from a NC Wildlife Game Warden. Typical Citation starts at about $175.
