The Association is dedicated to improving the quality of life in our mountain community by promoting a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all residents. Our goal is to foster a strong sense of community and enhance the value of our homes and properties.

The Association is a Deed Restricted private mountain community of 1,100+ acres on the South Face of the Blue Wall Escarpment of White Oak Mountain. From base to top we have 6+ miles of private association roadways, 3 small ponds, total 7+ acres of water, over 400 acres of green space and 96 homes. We are governed by the Covenants & Restrictions which are titled to the land.

Annual Assessment Online Payment
You can scan the QR code or "Click It" to make an online payment for each parcel you own. If you have more than one parcel then you must make a separate payment for each.
Our annual assessment for 2024 and 2025 is $1,000 per parcel
This convenience for online payments does have a cost of 3.5% which the property owner must pay and is included in the total.
